Would you rather take a pill a day for nutrients and to feel full, but never eat anything again or eat whatever you want but never really feel full?

If I went with food, would I always feel peckish or starved?

It would vary. You wouldn't always be starving, but it would happen often enough to be irksome.

The pill, I think

I think the pill would be the best way to do things. It can be so tiring to have to think of what you'd like to eat every day, multiple times a day.

I do really appreciate good food, but being hungry is such an awful feeling and I went through that enough; I don't want to permanently feel that way.

And with the pill it's not that you can't still eat when you want to. It's optional, rather than mandatory.
