these two were interns together! constance is obviously a twerp about many things (including the concept of being an innovator in general, sorry) but i could see them being unlikely friends. i think she also knows her sister from working the costume department and she goes to teddy's time orphan dinners and then hides in the kitchen so she's Around and About in vic's life lol
