Has been a Time Wrangler for 8 years. Previously partnered with Emmett Orson. In a past life, Benny was a Brooklyn-born boxer with mob connections. Said mob connections ultimately tried to kill him, but he didn’t die the way he was supposed to… anyway, now he’s here. Before becoming a wrangler, he did a short stint as a security guard. He’s gruff but warm, a bit more talkative around people he knows well, and is okay with tech, but like, in the way a Boomer can be okay with tech. Loves mentoring the youths and bonding with other seasoned~ employees.
STORYLINES:
A new partner! Was previously partnered with Gia’s Emmett Orson.
Bros of any gender who are a little older.
A Wrangler who could’ve helped him then he was an orphan ~10 years ago.
Time orphans he could’ve helped!
A couple past hook ups (any gender), but probably no wranglers? I think he’s a little reticent about hooking up with folks in his department. This may change lmao.
If he's been around 10 years, he would've known teenage Dino/had to let him in as a secrutiy guard when he was home for hols etc
Laurie is a time orphan so I'm sure they've been collected by the same Time Orphan support group (aka Teddy) but also would have accepted Benny's help with adjusting to being a Time Orphan too because it's very strange
like stevie, benny is FLOORED that dino is old enough to be an intern now and will probably make some jokes about it. definitely calls him kid. i'm so sorry dino.
def in the time orphan support group together and benny def would've helped! i think benny respects his commitment to fashion of his time and finds it really endearing. it helps that he's good looking enough to pull all of it. plus they're from roughly the same time period ('33/'38) and i think could bond over that too.
- benny will absolutely be marisol's friend! they've maybe done joint birthday stuff in the past? also he loves kids and is going to spoil her daughter i'm sorry. - he dotes on teddy. he sometimes brings her homemade lunches. - every time he sees stevie he is goign to squint and be like, there's no way you're old enough to be an intern [feigns back trouble]
