ABOUT: EST / discord. I work in entertainment research which is full of “emergencies” and impromptu meetings so my schedule is a little unpredictable between 12p - 6p.

CHARACTER: Max Gonzalez

Innovator. Former grease monkey and tinkerer, currently works on gadget prototyping and repair. His parents are former agents from the Department of Future who defected to the Time Bandits in 2017 — all of which was unknown to him for most of his life. Is he trying to compensate for their defection? Don’t worry about it. Eager and excitable pop culture nerd who plays the drums and loves the classic car he purchased last year.

A mentor! He can be very scattered, but he means well.


An older Time Wrangler who could’ve sat him down and said “you are not cut out for this, kid” back when he was an an intern. :x

Past dates he accidentally ghosted because he’s a mess. One or two past hook ups? Any gender is fine, but I suspect he veers more toward women who can boss him about. A lot of “🫡 whatever you say, beautiful.”

Mallory could be a past date he ghosted or a hook up? She came to TEA after a bad public break up and so was probs looking for something to not think about that so it'd be funny to me if she then also got ghosted

LMFAO OH NO THAT MAKES ME FEEL SO BAD. but yes, we could they went on 1-2 dates, probs hooked up, and then he got sucked into work mode and was nonresponsive for weeks and by that point... it was over lmao. does that work?

YES okay, so. max is extremely upbeat and positive and friendly except i think public former time bandits give him pause. i think he is probably a little terse/standoffish (for max... which is probs not that bad), but also dying to know more about what his parents are up to but doesn't want to ask. but he will at some point
